Hi there! I’m Emily.

If I don’t have a camera in my hands, I’m likely chasing my two kids around or looking for a lukewarm Dr Pepper. Being a mom has completely changed how I look through the viewfinder; I’ve realized that the 'perfect' moments aren't just the ones where everyone is smiling at the camera—they’re the messy, loud, and fleeting seconds that make up our real lives.

My heart is in storytelling. Whether I’m on the edge of the rink capturing the quiet focus of a figure skater, working with a high-energy graceful dancer, or witnessing the incredible start of a new chapter during a maternity or wedding session, I’m looking for the soul of the moment.

I know how much work goes into training for shows and recitals, and I know how much love goes into a family hug. My goal is to give you images that let you feel that emotion all over again. I can’t wait to meet you and help tell your story.

When I'm not shooting you can find me feeding my sourdough starter, crocheting my next blanket or family gift, and most fun of all back on the ice figure skating myself. My playlist is a perfect mix of 90s punk, 2010s pop and baby sleep music.
